Background

Gofer Parts sells thousands of high-quality commercial floor-care equipment and aftermarket floor machine products. They needed to make it easy (and compelling) for users to find and buy them online.

We started by migrating their outdated osCommerce site to Magento and then redesigned it to emphasize product search. The custom parts finder caused an immediate lift in conversions and became the primary way users interact with the site. Because SEO was critical, we restructured the site navigation and product hierarchies to support better indexing and search engine visibility.

To complete their eCommerce transformation we integrated their Magento platform with the NetSuite ERP. This enables them to manage their business and order fulfillment from a single backend system.
